Do I pay for the initial consultation?

Answer: Absolutely…… NOT! Don’t be silly, your first consultation is absolutely FREEEEEEEE!

How can I pay an invoice?

All invoices are emailed and sent by WhatsApp, so check your junk folders! On each invoice there’s a link to pay online via debit or credit card, it’s really easy! Still can’t find your invoice? Send us a WhatsApp or Email for help!

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Appointments can usually be done the same day, we even do evening and weekend appointments if that suits you! Our appointment times aren’t usually restricted because of our advisor’s schedule but rather the schedule of our clients. Wherever’s best for you, we’ll fit you in!

Is my advisor on WhatsApp?

Yes! Our business and everyone in it are on WhatsApp! Don’t have or lost your advisors number? We’ll send us a WhatsApp and we’ll give it to you. Easy!

Is my data secure?

Answer: Yes. Keeping your data secure is paramount to us; just like your bank we use above industry standard security protocols, along with secure and encrypted platforms to keep your data safe.

What is “whole of the market”?

A whole of the market broker (like us!), means we’re not tied to any one or particular lender or bank – other brokers (which we don’t like) may have agreements or just a preference to use just one or only a few lenders. We’ll NEVER do that, it’s in our DNA to search every lender, every bank and every insurer for the best deal.

Where are you located?

Our HQ is in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset but we serve the whole of the UK! No matter where you are you can book an appointment, as we offer online video appointments you can still get the same 5-STAR TLC service wherever you are!
